I founded Julie Bardoe Fitness after my own powerful fitness journey completely transformed not just my physique, but my entire outlook on life. My initial goal was simple weight loss, but it ignited a passion to help other women achieve the same profound change.

That personal journey sparked a mission: to guide women into becoming the strongest, most confident version of themselves. While aesthetic goals are common, my philosophy is centered on leading a happier, healthier life.
