As a level 3 Personal Trainer I started Julie Bardoe Fitness after changing not only my physique, but whole outlook on life following my own fitness journey. What started as a goal to just lose weight, ended up become my biggest passion in life.

My own journey sparked this huge fire inside me to help guide others into becoming the best version of themselves and to ultimately change their lives… like it changed mine.

​

Although most people tend to have an aesthetic goal, I wholeheartedly believe that if you’re active and healthy you will lead a much happier life and everything else, including the aesthetics will fit in to place.

​

Whether it’s fat loss, body recomposition, lean muscle building or just maintenance, my personalised programs will be tailored to YOU and your goals. Physically, emotionally and mentally you will feel happier in yourself and see that confidence shoot through the roof!

Anyone can change their life with the right nutrition, training and emotional support, you just need the drive and determindation to make the change and I will support you every step of the way!

I aim to help others accomplish what I did, to achieve fat loss in a healthy and sustainable way, along with improving their fitness levels tenfolds!

I believe the key to achieving any goal is education surrounding nutrition. I do not provide meal plans, however I provide support and guidance to help you achieve your goals.

 

You are more likely to stick to a diet if you eat the foods you enjoy so I encourage a 80/20 rule when it comes to your meals.

 

You will receive tailored calorie and macronutrient goals which will be constantly reviewed to keep you on track with your goals.

I Provide meal feedback and suggest alternatives.

Whether you're a 1-1 client in the gym or are an online client, I will monitor and track your progress in a number of different ways. This is because progress isn't linear, it's important to look at various different markers.

​

I provide weekly check ins and monthly reviews for all 1-1 clients and online clients. Anyone purchasing just a trainin program will receive a monthly review.

Communication is key! This is why you can message me any day of the week if you have any questions surrounding your work outs, meals or just need some motivation and kick up the back side!

 

Soon there will be a members only Facebook group which will allow you to connect with other people who are on a similar journey with you.

Regardless of whether your goal is to lose body fat or to build muscle, once you start one of my programs not only will you notice your health improving through increased actvity and healthy eating, your fitness levels will dramatically improve.

For me there is no point in being able to lift 100kg, if you struggle to walk 5km without feeling out of breath.

The last two years have shown us all how important exercise is to our mental health and overall wellbeing. Not only will you have me as your support system (and hopefully a new friend) exercise in it self releases endorphines that make us feel happy. Having a structured plan will help keep you focused. Results will make you feel and look good. And exercise will become your release from every day life.
